FBI Reports Drop In Disability-Related Hate Crimes

Even as the number of reported hate crimes continues to rise, new federal data indicates that incidents targeting people with disabilities are down for the second year in a row. Read More:

About Me

cnoe: Raised in New Mexico in the 50's & 60's. Worked with public school programs for students with disabilities for 30+ years, mostly as a director of special education. Worked for 2 years at a small residential state school for individuals with mental retardation. Now working with a state project that provides training and information for parents of children with disabilities. I was on the board of the state association for directors of special education. I also volunteered with ARC of Texas, the Special Olympics program at various levels. There is lots I do not know, but I do have experience and contacts.
