Omega-3, vitamin supplementation may improve ASD symptoms
An analysis of 27 randomized clinical trials found that omega-3 and
vitamin supplementation are more effective than placebo in reducing anxiety,
behavioral problems and impulsivity, and restricted and repetitive behaviors in
people with autism spectrum disorder. The study, published in Pediatrics, did
not find evidence in support of nonspecific dietary interventions. 2 Minute Medicine
