Employment Resource

The EEOC recently issued two technical assistance manuals for employers and veterans that address the workplace issues for veterans with service-related disabilities including their employment rights and the legal obligations of employers. Included in the guides are resources for further information on the relationship between disabled veterans and their employees, such as additional information on the ADA and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.
