Raised in New Mexico in the 50's & 60's. Worked with public school programs for students with disabilities for 30+ years, mostly as a director of special education. Worked for 2 years at a small residential state school for individuals with mental retardation. Now working with a state project that provides training and information for parents of children with disabilities.
I was on the board of the state association for directors of special education. I also volunteered with ARC of Texas, the Special Olympics program at various levels.
There is lots I do not know, but I do have experience and contacts.
I found a website on optimizing health and well-being, called My OptumHealth.com at: www.myoptumhealth.com. They have a listing of over 3000 diseases and conditions with information on them. They also have a drug guide that gives information on many drugs.
