The VPAAC will meet on May 5, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in Washington, DC. This committee works to develop recommendations on closed captioning of Internet programming previously captioned on television to make it accessible. The VPAAC was created by the Twenty-first Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010. The meeting is open to the public and will also be Webcast live on REBOOT.FCC.gov.
