"Elimination diet" found to improve childhood ADHD symptoms
Researchers from the Netherlands reported in The Lancet that 64% of 4- to 8-year-old children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder who followed an "elimination diet" -- which cuts out foods that pose a risk of allergic reactions -- experienced significant improvements in symptoms of the disorder.
