Whiteboards are seen as important tool for students with autism

Amid the popularity of iPad tablet computers in the special-education classroom, some say interactive whiteboards are a better choice for encouraging social learning among students with autism. They say the technology is especially helpful in inclusion classrooms, providing a visual-learning experience that also is social for students with and without disabilities.
