Post-term children are more at risk for behavioral problems

Children born post-term had a higher risk of having behavioral problems and clinical attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder than term-born children, a Dutch study found. Researchers reported in the International Journal of Epidemiology that both preterm and post-term children had an increased risk for behavioral and emotional problems compared with those born full term.
