Scotland studies feasibility of school technology roll-out
Officials in Scotland plan to study how schools are using tablet computers and mobile devices, such as iPads, in the classroom. Officials hope to study existing programs to determine best practices and make recommendations for introducing tablets and mobile devices at more schools. However, officials say the scope of such plans likely will be limited because of the cost.
