Utah program uses computer design to engage students with autism

University of Utah officials recently unveiled a curriculum to teachers and parents that teaches 3D computer-modeling skills to teens with autism. Using a free program called SketchUp, the curriculum designers say students learn how to create models, become more socially interactive and gain skills needed in the workplace.
