Parent training shows efficacy in treating ADHD

Canadian researchers reviewed 55 studies on attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and found substantial evidence that parent behavior training improved parenting skills and ADHD symptoms in preschool children, without negative side effects. Researchers noted a lack of sufficient evidence on the benefits of medications compared with other interventions.
