Fla. high-school club builds burgers, friendships with students who have autism
Members of a culinary club at Suncoast High School in Riviera Beach, Fla., are hosting food-oriented events to build relationships with peers who have autism. An upcoming event will have students building hamburgers together. "Food is the universal language; it's a social ice breaker," said Samantha Krasker, student and club co-president.
