Media use in bedroom linked to fewer hours of sleep for boys with autism
Presence of media screens, such as TVs, computers and video games, in bedrooms was more strongly tied to reduced sleep time among boys with autism than those with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and typically developing boys, according to a study published in the journal Pediatrics. Playing video games accounted for the majority of media usage among boys with autism, and was associated with less sleep time.
