New Tools from Autism Speaks for Help with EEGs for Individuals with Autism

It is estimated that 30% of individuals with autism also have epilepsy, a disorder that often requires electroencephalograms to monitor brain activity. Autism Speaks Autism Treatment Network is pleased to announce the release of its latest ATN/AIR-P resources for families: EEG tool kits for both parents and providers to help them prepare for this often difficult and uncomfortable procedure and make it as successful as possible.  https://www.autismspeaks.org/science/resources-programs/autism-treatment-network/atn-air-p-eeg-guides?utm_source=social-media&utm_medium=text-link&utm_campaign=espeaks
