Updated Autism Speaks Transition Took Kit

Autism Speaks is excited to announce the launch of our updated Transition Tool Kit, a guide to assist people with autism and their families as they navigate the journey from adolescence to adulthood. In addition to updates to all existing content, new sections have been added on critical subjects such as independent living skills, safety, digital literacy and more!
