A robot named Milo that displays a wide range of facial
expressions and never tires of repeating has helped students with autism at a
middle school in Elgin, Texas. Studies of how such children work with and
establish rapport with robots are underway by more than two dozen universities,
said Richard Margolin, chief technology officer at RoboKind, Milo's
