Opinion: Hotels, restaurants should promote accessibility features

When hospitality companies look at accessibility as purely a legal issue rather than a positive feature to promote, they miss out on opportunities for growth, according to Mobility Mojo CEO Stephen Cluskey. Hotels and restaurants that are known to be accessible to people with disabilities are more likely to get business not just from such clients, but also the friends and family they travel with, and the length of stay and amount of spend are likely to be higher, Cluskey said.   Skift
