When hospitality companies look at accessibility as purely a legal
issue rather than a positive feature to promote, they miss out on opportunities
for growth, according to Mobility Mojo CEO Stephen Cluskey. Hotels and
restaurants that are known to be accessible to people with disabilities are
more likely to get business not just from such clients, but also the friends
and family they travel with, and the length of stay and amount of spend are
