Electronic-tracking technology could have helped to find a missing Texas man with autism before he had to spend the night outside and endure frigid temperatures, Lubbock County police officials say. The county offers subsidies for trackable Project Lifesaver wristbands to qualified residents with special needs such as autism and Alzheimer's disease.
